Our 12-Month Warranty

Every Power Pals Battery Rescue Kit comes with a 12-month warranty.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your Power Pals kit develops a fault caused by defective materials or manufacturing within 12 months of purchase, we're here to help.

Contact our team with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos or videos may help us assess the problem.

For an eligible warranty claim, we'll arrange a repair or replacement at no additional cost, including reasonable shipping expenses.

Our warranty is intended to cover manufacturing defects, rather than damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications or use contrary to the supplied instructions.

Your consumer rights are protected. Our 12-month warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and Australian Consumer Law. These rights may continue beyond the warranty period.
