Thanks for visiting! By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Our website and Power Pals products are operated and sold by ARCKI LIMITED, a company registered in New Zealand.

1. Our products

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications and pricing.

Occasionally, information may change or contain errors. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies and update product information.

Product availability is subject to stock levels.

2. Orders and payments

All prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown at checkout.

Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are presented before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment issues, stock unavailability or genuine pricing errors.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we'll issue a refund.

3. Pre-orders

Some Power Pals products may be available for pre-order.

Estimated dispatch dates will be shown on the relevant product page. These dates may change due to manufacturing, testing or shipping delays.

If a significant delay occurs, we'll provide an update and explain your available options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.

4. Shipping and delivery

We currently deliver to New Zealand and Australia through our international fulfilment partner.

Shipping options, estimated delivery times and charges are outlined in our Delivery Policy and at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If there is a delivery issue, please contact our team so we can assist.

5. Returns, refunds and warranties

All Power Pals Battery Rescue Kits include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.

Warranty claims are assessed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not limit or replace any protections under applicable New Zealand or Australian consumer laws.

6. Safe product use

Power Pals products must be used in accordance with the supplied instructions, safety warnings and product specifications.

Our charging equipment is designed for compatible rechargeable batteries only. Never attempt to recharge disposable batteries.

Children should use the charging equipment with appropriate adult supervision.

If you experience a product safety issue, discontinue use and contact us.

7. Website content

All original Power Pals branding, characters, illustrations, images and website content belong to ARCKI LIMITED or their respective rights holders.

You may not reproduce or commercially use this material without appropriate permission.

8. Website availability

We aim to keep our website accessible and secure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may update website features, products or services from time to time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ARCKI LIMITED is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights, guarantees, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

By purchasing or contacting us, you acknowledge that your information may be processed to manage orders, payments, delivery and customer support.
