Where we deliver
We deliver across New Zealand and Australia. Orders ship from our fulfilment partner in China, supported by our Power Pals team in New Zealand.
Getting your order ready
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders by the next business day after payment is confirmed. Every order is checked and carefully packed before shipping.
For pre-orders, please refer to the estimated dispatch date on the product page.
How long does delivery take?
We offer three delivery options:

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and may vary due to customs, public holidays or unexpected delays.

Once dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your order right to your door.
Need to change your address?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once your order is processed.
