Your battery command centre. Keeps your Power Pals organised, protected and ready for every rescue assignment.
Go Gauge
Quickly checks rechargeable or disposable AA and AAA batteries already in use before replacing or recharging them.
Fixi
Dual-tip screwdriver. Pull out and reverse the bit to use the other tip.
Power Pals
8 × AA 1.2V 2200mAh Ni-MH rechargeable batteries. Four of the eight characters are included, two of each, randomly selected.

Where your Power Pals recharge between assignments.

COMPATIBLE BATTERIES
The Charge Hub automatically recognises compatible rechargeable batteries and charges each slot independently.
- Sizes: AA and AAA
- Types: Ni-MH, Ni-Cd, Li-ion, LiFePO4, LiHV and 1.5V rechargeable lithium
- Different compatible sizes and types can charge together.
WHEN CHARGING
- Remove Charge Hub from Rescue HQ first.
- Use the supplied USB-C cable and a compatible 5-9V USB-C Power Delivery adapter.
- Avoid moisture and heat. Recommended room temperature is 10°C-30°C.
- Use only rechargeable, undamaged batteries.
- Batteries may become warm. Remove them when fully charged.
LED STATUS GUIDE
Standby
All LEDs flash slowly once every 5 seconds.
Charging
The selected charging slot flashes twice every 1.5 seconds.
Fully charged
The charging slot LED stays solid.
Firmware update
LEDs flash in sequence, one by one from left to right.
Charging error
The selected slot flashes rapidly. Check that the battery is inserted correctly and is compatible.

KEEP YOUR KIT MISSION-READY
Keep the team together
In multi-battery devices, recharge the whole set together. The device only works as well as the least-charged battery.
Don't mix and match
Never mix rechargeable and disposable batteries, or different battery types in the same device.
Check before you swap
Use Go Gauge to check batteries already in use. The battery might not be the problem!
Using Fixi
Choose the tip that best fits the battery-cover screw. Remove batteries by hand - never use Fixi to pry them out.
Stay organised with Rescue HQ
Keep Rescue HQ clean and dry. Store small tools and accessories in the zipped pocket, and close the case when not in use.
Always be prepared!
Store charged Power Pals in Rescue HQ so they are ready to go when you need them.

Charge Hub
- Charge compatible batteries only with a certified 5-9V USB-C Power Delivery adapter (LPS/SELV).
- Operate only with adult supervision, indoors in a dry, well-ventilated area.
- Keep away from water, moisture and direct sunlight.
- Charge on a flat, non-flammable surface. Never charge damaged, swollen or disposable batteries.
- If a battery or Charge Hub becomes unusually hot, stop charging and disconnect the power.
Power Pals
- Supervise children when handling or installing batteries.
- Recharge only with a compatible charger.
- Do not short-circuit, crush, puncture or burn.
- Do not mix rechargeable and disposable batteries.
Go Gauge + Fixi
- Use Go Gauge for household batteries only. Do not use it with damaged or leaking batteries.
- Use Fixi only for opening device battery covers.
- Never use Fixi to remove batteries.
Responsible recycling
- Recycle rechargeable batteries and electronic equipment responsibly. Never put batteries in household rubbish.
- Australia: use a B-cycle drop-off point or local council collection.
- New Zealand: use an approved battery recycling service.
- Elsewhere: follow local regulations. Never throw toys out with batteries in them.

UH-OH. POWER PROBLEM?
Open the answer that matches your mission.
Battery won't charge
- Check the battery is inserted with the + and - ends matching the slot markings.
- Remove and reinsert the battery.
- Check your USB-C Power Delivery adapter is connected properly.
Charge Hub won't turn on
- Check the USB-C cable is fully connected.
- Confirm you are using a compatible USB-C Power Delivery adapter.
- Try another compatible USB-C cable or adapter.
Fixi won't fit the screw
- Try the other screwdriver tip.
- Choose the tip that best fits the screw.
- Never force the screwdriver.
Battery won't fit
- Check you are using AA or AAA rechargeable batteries.
- Never force a battery into the Charge Hub.
- Check the + and - ends match the slot markings.
Charging app won't connect
- Check Bluetooth is switched on.
- Move your phone closer to the Charge Hub.
- Close and reopen the app, then try again.
